I cannot believe that you allowed me to make a reservation when the restaurant was closed. This issue needs to be resolved.

I had made a reservation for my daughter's birthday, but when we arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. We never received any notification, even after confirming the reservation. I was extremely disappointed!

The flexibility here is fantastic for big groups. Everyone is their own chef and can make whatever they want.

I called ahead and made a reservation, but when we arrived, the restaurant was closed. It seems like our group was not the only ones affected, as another couple also showed up with reservations.

I called a head and planned a reservation, but they were not open when we showed up. apparently, our group is not the only one that this happened when another couple came and also had reservations.
