Ruby Tuesday - Athens

I loved eating and loved my server Patience Harris! She is very excellent with guests. With me she was the top of the line customer service and I heard them interact with other guests and she treats everyone, no matter who, with top notch service! In any case, it will come back to this place.

Paul is just AMAZING!!!!!! He made us feel so welcomed and we truly have enjoyed. LOVE HIM!! The BEST SERVICE! We came from Atlanta after a graduation and he made us feel right at home. Very happy to serve and does an amazing job. Paul does not disappoint— the service has been the best I’ve seen.. everything done with a smile!! I honestly have no complaints.. you’ll love Paul when you meet him.

While driving along the interstate, we decided to stop for a quick dinner. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the service staff was fast and attentive. The quality of the food was impressive as well. I was pleased to see that the salad bar was open to the public again. My friend ordered a steak, while I opted for the chicken and broccoli pasta. The prices were reasonable, and the bartender was very friendly. I would highly recommend this Ruby Tuesday location at Exit 49 on I-75 in Athens, Tennessee.

Paul has completely transformed our experience at Ruby Tuesday. He was prompt in seating us, and we specifically requested his section. It was understandably full, likely due to his outstanding service. The entire waitstaff and bartenders were excellent as well; however, we've often encountered issues with the kitchen. Thus, the four stars are primarily for the exceptional customer service. The food could definitely benefit from some improvement—perhaps a microwave or two! Overall, we had a great visit today. Thank you once again, Paul!

Stephanie was one of the sweetest waitresses I've encountered at Ruby Tuesday. It was clear that she genuinely enjoyed her job and was dedicated to serving her customers. Not only did she manage the bar, but she also provided my husband and me with outstanding service at our table. She made our dining experience truly enjoyable. Great job!
