It was good. Every Dunkin Bagels is hard, whether it's roasted or not. Smh. Everything else was cool

I was in and out in no time. The staff were all very friendly, and the donuts I had were fresh. The hot chocolate was excellent as well.

This restaurant deserves only three stars. While the staff is always friendly, they consistently fail to stir my drink! I order ice cream with cream and sugar, and all the toppings end up at the bottom of the cup. My friend gets hot coffee, and she has to mix it herself. If I'm paying someone to make my coffee for the sake of convenience, I expect them to do it properly. The whole point of convenience is lost if I have to park, move my car, and mix my own drink—it defeats the entire purpose! Stirring is not just an extra service; it's a crucial part of the process. It's incredibly frustrating to receive my coffee only to have to pull up, grab napkins, and shake the container before taking the lid off, risking a mess in the process. I tip well, usually a dollar for a drink, yet I never get a properly stirred one—it’s just not acceptable anymore. If you decide to visit this place, be sure to ask them to mix your drink while you order!

How is Dünkin still one thing. Shoprite has better donuts at better prices. Breakfast is terrible. Most people just go to Wawa. I guess there are too many people addicted to bad coffee

Blueberry Muffin was raw in the middle and my bagel was crispy and dry. I returned to the store for a refund and the manager wouldn't even talk to me, he just said out of the whole store that the bagel was 't stale and it was just made today The food was disgusting and the manager delivered very bad customer service.
