Snowdonia - Astoria

This spot in the neighborhood always delivers delicious food. The Oktoberfest menu is amazing! You might come for the drinks, but you'll definitely stay for the food.

A few friends and I were looking for a late dinner and decided to try a barbecue restaurant. However, when we arrived, we discovered that they only served drinks.

On a rainy Thursday evening, there weren't many diners or patrons having after-work drinks inside. I was able to find a table easily and peruse the menu.

This restaurant is simply the best. With delicious vegetarian bangers and mash and awesome movies playing on the screen, it's a true gem in the neighborhood. I would rate the food 5 out of 5 stars.

I really want to love this restaurant because the staff are great and the location is perfect! However, the only drawback for me is the consistently cold food. I've visited four times now, hoping it was just an off day, but unfortunately the food always seems to be served cold. I will continue to visit for drinks, atmosphere, friendly people, and the convenient location, but will have to skip the food.
