So I have been going to this place for months and the food there is absolutely amazing. So I’m not going to even knock them on the food, the place is clean, well organized, and decent prices for the food. But today left a real nasty taste in my mouth, I’m not sure who the new cashier person is but she has a very nasty attitude and it can be much of a turn off from not looking to patron there anymore. Her responses were so off putting, short, and snappy. I ordered a curry chicken meal and simply wanted another piece of plantain which I did not think would break the bank or their inventory. She really looked at me and said I have to pay for a side order of plantain just because I asked for an additional piece. She gave me a whole pan of rice and barely wanted to give me gravy for the rice. I really don’t understand why people have an attitude with the individuals that help to keep their establishment open as we patronize their. So the food is great but the service especially in recent times is horrible.

I 've been going there for a while and have no complaints about the food, my problem is with the new cashier 's nasty attitude. That alone makes me not want to return.

Unfortunately, I was so disappointed that I probably won’t return. I sometimes order food here, since I live in the neighborhood, but the service was extra poor, and my food order was wrong–even though I clearly stated what I wanted. The woman had an attitude and seemed like i was disrupting her day when I entered. They were out of a lot of food, including my favorite patties, so I said I’d get the j chicken patties. Instead, I come home with veggie patties. The white rice was my substitute for their sold out peas and rice, but it was salty and hard. I really didn’t enjoy my meal, but the service was the icing on the cake for a bad experience here. If your attitude is this poor, I can’t be bothered to support the business again
