Willow Creek Bistro Ritz Carlton Club

The burgers were excellent, and the salads were fantastic. The trout was cooked perfectly, but the sides were a bit too sweet for my taste. Our server, Senya, provided wonderful service—she was friendly and attentive. I also want to mention the manager, whose name escapes me, who was lovely as well. Overall, it’s a nice place for dinner.

We really enjoy dining at Willow Creek. The food is delicious, and the staff always goes above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience.

The new menu is quite disappointing. The food was decent, but nothing exceptional. The previous menu was far superior.

Hidden gem at Aspen Highlands. Cozy and unpretentious with great cocktails and excellent classic fare scallops were a highlight as were bison burgers.
