Mcdonald's - Ashland

This location consistently screws up orders and isn’t able to make sandwiches correctly. They leave off ingredients and can never get special requests accurate. Hit up DQ down the road skip this place.

This McDonald’s has to be the worse you ask for ketchup they give you two packets for a 10 piece nugget and large fry you ask for extra they only give you one more and give attitude if you ask again and then refuse to give it to you, not to mention no one speaks English here.

Being open late is not an excuse to serve warmed over meat (and cold fries) that's been sitting there for 3 hours. Burger King does it right. They have you wait until everything is freshly made. It may not be as fast but, waiting 3 minutes for hot food that doesn't have the consistency of rubber is worth it.

I did not like the way the manager treated me, and I was disappointed that they did not have a phone number for me to contact them.

I attempted to place an order for 6 Big Macs over the phone, hoping to bring some Christmas cheer. However, the staff abruptly hung up on me, leaving me waiting for my order for an entire hour. I would give this restaurant 0 out of 5 stars if I could. Terrible customer service.
