Applebee's Grill - Ashland

I had an excellent experience at the restaurant, largely thanks to Heather's outstanding service. She was attentive and on point from start to finish. The cooks were also impressive tonight, as the ribs and fries were served hot and delicious!

The food was not up to par. My steak was overcooked and not what I expected. The service left a lot to be desired. While the staff member was friendly, he didn’t check in on us and instead hovered around me, which was uncomfortable.
