Red Lobster - Asheville

The food was incredible, but the service surpassed even that. Joey is simply the best! I can't recall the exact name of my dish, but I had salmon, a lobster tail, and shrimp, and it was fantastic. The restaurant was spotless, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. There was a very rude and difficult customer at the table next to mine, and Joey handled the situation with grace, despite the customer's unpleasant demeanor. Throughout it all, Joey provided outstanding service and demonstrated the patience of a saint.

I don't typically hold chain restaurants in high regard, but Red Lobster is an exception. It's a classic that brings joy to my father. The management and waitstaff are also excellent.

What an incredible experience! My fiancée and I live in Johnson City, Tennessee, and we were in town for a show. Since I had never dined at Red Lobster before, we decided to give it a try. It was absolutely amazing! Our server, Brandy, took excellent care of us and provided one of the best restaurant experiences we've ever had. When there was a delay with our appetizer, they promptly removed it from our bill without hesitation. To top it off, Brandy even treated us to a complimentary dessert! Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and Brandy was exceptional. I highly recommend this place, and I'm sure we will return to enjoy it again with Brandy looking after us!

Our server was great and everyone was really nice. Our meal was delicious! The best part was how they treated my son. We're not going out much because he's autistic and can be loud. He brought the lobster. We had to take turns to visit the lobster tank. One of the hosts took one for him to the pets!!! Thanks for not being upset and really nice. He was a happy boy.

We stayed in Asheville and wanted some seafood, this location is close to our hotel so we decided to have lunch. Location is kind of old. The server is ver professional and knowledgeable. We ordered bunch of our favs, and surprisingly they even have sambal. The clam strip and scampi are very good
