Pizza Mind - Asheville

To make matters worse, our food arrived thirty minutes late and was burnt. When I brought the burnt pizza to her attention and asked if we could have it remade, she became upset and called me drunk. She insisted that the bottom wasn't burnt, but agreed to remake it anyway. If I were the owner of this establishment, I would seriously consider providing additional training for my staff on customer service.

We visited for a late lunch/early dinner today for the first time, and we will definitely return. The food was fantastic! Everything was made with fresh ingredients. We tried the Wachos, salads, and Buffalo chicken pizza. The atmosphere was great, the place was clean, and the service was good. I also appreciate that they offer gluten-free options.

The staff was friendly, and the pizza was delicious, complemented by a selection of local beers on tap. I tried a gluten-free veggie pizza, which was very tasty, although the crust was a bit thicker than I expected—part of the appeal, I suppose. We enjoyed our meal outside with our dog, and it was nice to see that the other dogs around were calm and well-behaved.

The pizza was delicious I got the one with golden beets on it it was soooo good! We were on vacation with our two dogs and it was helpful that they allowed dogs on the patio area and provided fresh water although the patio is small so if your dog iseasily excited by other dogs may want to skip bringing them.

I live in Denver now and I?m currently sitting here craving the beet ravioli dish at Pizza Mind. I?m thinking about making a trip to Asheville just to eat them again. Do yourself a favor and try them now! They are so good. I think I would considermoving back to Asheville just to be able to eat them. Easily one of my favorite things that I?ve ever eaten! ????
