Hemingway's Cuba - Asheville

The staff was extremely friendly and worked hard despite being understaffed. We ordered the wings, which were delicious. However, the veggie burger bun was stale and unappetizing, as it was served without any sides. The sliders also lacked sides and were not very appealing. The traditional Cuban meals, on the other hand, were very tasty and enjoyed by everyone. The churros and rum cake served as a satisfying dessert. Overall, it is recommended to stick with the traditional Cuban food and avoid the burgers and sliders.

The rooftop terrace offers an incredible view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The food, however, was mediocre. Despite trying multiple appetizers and entrees, none of them were outstanding. Therefore, I would give the food 3 stars, but the view deserves a phenomenal 5 stars.

I visited this restaurant for some small plates and was a bit disappointed. The empanadas were delicious, but the chicken dish I ordered, along with two other dishes, were not good. The yuca frita was too tough to eat, and the croquetas de jamon had no ham in them, which was disappointing since it is the main feature of the dish. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat either of these small plates. The staff was friendly and the view was nice.

This restaurant has a fantastic view of the city and offers delicious food and excellent drinks. The atmosphere is always relaxing and the servers are friendly and helpful. It has quickly become my go-to spot for drinks in Asheville.

This restaurant is fantastic. The food is delicious and the staff is great. We really enjoyed our meal and will definitely return in the future!
