Biscuit Head - Asheville

Buttery, flavorful and jammy. I TRULY recommend giving this place a try, the biscuits and jam alone are worth the drive let alone their fixins. I ordered the Chicken Pimento cheese biscuit, tasted all the layers of flavor.

After driving by for almost two years I decided I had to have some Biscuits. I got the full breakfast with fried bologna and fried chicken gravy as my sides. It was all good but next time I'm getting more biscuits and gravy. Update- Still the best biscuits and gravy around.

Delicious food in a fun atmosphere. The giant biscuits were as delicious as advertised. Mine had fried chicken, scrambled eggs, pimento cheese, and red eye gravy. The portion was enormous, which let me play around and compose each bite a little differently. My vegan girlfriend got the coconut sweet potato gravy, which ended up tasting like curried biscuits unexpected but delicious. A heads up to out of towers like me the place is packed so expect a wait (ours was 25 minutes). Also, there 's booze on the menu but you can 't get it before 10 (at least on Sundays we ordered at 9:55 ; first time I 've wished I was in line a little longer). Overall it delicious and fun. The staff was slammed but remained friendly despite the rush. Had there and, as the restaurant 's walls demand, put some south in your mouth.

Visiting from New Mexico, Already looking forward to going back. Lavender Mocha was delicious!!! Fried green tomato eggs Benedict was, and the Asheville eggs Benedict was what we got. Sooo yummy.

Excellent. Food was great. Generous portions great in flavor. Space challenged but they succeed at overcoming those challenges with great observed team work.
