Silo's Family - Asheboro

We were disappointed with our experience. We ordered a pizza and requested that one ingredient be left off each half, which should have meant fewer toppings, right? Instead, we were charged an extra $2.00 for additional ingredients. This was a major issue for us. Moreover, the toppings were not evenly distributed on the pizza, resulting in clumps of poorly cooked onions that were quite unappetizing. While our waitress was friendly, she failed to inform us about the extra charge, which would have influenced our order. Unfortunately, we likely won't be returning.

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the food and service were outstanding. They even offered a great gluten-free meal! I would highly recommend this place!

I went here a day before I posted this and I was quite impressed, the restaurant looks modern on the outside and inside. No one was there when I left. I had the chickens tender and fries and it was good, the fries had some season on them so they were even better. The food came out quite quickly and the waitress was nice and helpful. You have everything from Quesadillas to Shrimps! If you're in Asheboro, you should be over!

Friendly staff, food was pretty good. I had country fried steak (see photo). It was pretty good. I had green beans and mashed potatoes as sides. I didn't care for the green beans, which normally I don't mind, even if they're canned. I'm not sure what it was about them, but they seemed off. My wife and daughter had pizza which they liked. I tried a slice and thought it wasn't too bad either. Waitress doesn't bring the check to you, you go up and pay when you're done eating. We sat there a while waiting on the check until we asked and were told to just go up to the register. Not a big deal, but different.

This is a great family restaurant!!! Very welcoming and friendly. The only reason I don't want to recommend it is because I want to be able to get a seat next time I go back. There honestly are not enough great things to say about this place. This is southern hospitality at its finest!!!
