フィードバックを提供するThe staff at the restaurant is fantastic, but lately, I've been disappointed with the food. We keep receiving items that are almost completely melted. For instance, I ordered a ****, and when it arrived, it was nearly all liquid. It hardly resembled a **** at this point; it was more like flavored water.
Come on, Milk Queen, get it together! I spent 41 minutes waiting there. If you're going to forget about someone who notes down their parking spot, that's on you. I waited quite a while for my food, and eventually had to call the restaurant to ask how much longer it would be before I got half of my order back. They first lost my burger and fries, and then the guy just went to fetch three more. It's really disappointing. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger without mayo and crispy bacon, but in the picture, it looks like there's no mayo and no crispy bacon either, so I can't eat my food. I'd really appreciate a refund.
I really want to give this place a 5-star rating, but I just can’t. The servers were always helpful, but the drive-thru process is a nightmare. I've never gone through the line and actually received my order at the window. Today, it took 15 minutes to get a mini Blizzard, and to make matters worse, it was melted when I got it (see picture). "Disappointed" is an understatement.
This was my first trip to Dairy Queen since the first opening of the store. I was very impressed by the service and cleanliness of the shop. We went on 11 August and the layer manager Holden ran both front counter and drive thru while driving food to cars in the parking lot. It seemed that there were only 3 people there, but we got our food quickly and the food tasted as if it just came out!!! When we wanted to leave Holden, we even gave us 2 vouchers for our next visit!!!! We will be back soon!!!
After a great weekend spent at many local sites, we made the grave mistake of heading to the Dairy Queen. We have been to other locations back home and had great experiences. We placed order and were the only ones in the restaurant. Waited a good 20 minutes until an associate walked up telling us sorry for the wait, ran his hands through hair, then asked us if we would like to have our blizzard remade since the rest of order still wasn?t ready. He was unsure what flavor it was. We then said of course yes, remake it. He then brought two items over after a small longer wait. I had to then remind him that there was a banana split with the order. The cashier reassured him we ordered it. Finally all the items arrived and we went outside to eat, figure save the restaurant cleaning up after younger kids dropping it everywhere. Turns out they sent out two of the same and we lacked what we ordered yet again. I would give this place negative stars if I could. Save your money. Change the management and train the associates better.
