We were in the area to run excavations, and dinner quickly met. East Wind China Bistro was open, so we dived. The atmosphere is average, but the whole restaurant was spotless and the tables smelled and felt perfectly clean. The order is made at the counter, and the food is made to order. Everything was fresh and piping hot; and two meals, two soups and one appetizer were all ready and served (together with delicious filtered ice water) in about ten minutes. In any case, this restaurant recommends, regardless of what the bad rating says. The staff was friendly and concise what you should expect when you talk to busy service personnel. A hint: the crispy chicken speciality was great, and the hot and acid soup was better than anyone I had. Crab Rangoon overflows with fresh filling. A

Eating was just okay. Nothing special just a middle of the street US-American style Chinese place. The price was not too expensive, but it is also not cheap. Would be willing to pay more if the food tastes better. Or if they give larger portions.

The food is incredible and the prices are fantastic! The service is excellent as well. This place is a must-visit if you're craving Chinese cuisine packed with umami!

I absolutely love the beef and broccoli here! The flavor is fantastic, and there's just the right amount of sauce to soak into the white rice that comes with it. The fried rice combination is also a favorite of mine. The owners are very friendly, and the service is quick. I really appreciated the fresh fortune cookies too!
