Fantastic food, excellent and kind service. Typical Tuscan food from the area around Siena. The restaurant has also an outdoor garden area with tables arranged in the shade. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

When we first entered the Restaurant we were told that we can only eat inside because the garden would be full. We even had a look at the garden and there were free tables left, but the waitress told us that these were reservations. We assumed that, because of the COVID-Situation, some tables also had to be kept entirely free. So we walked away and checked for other options for dinner. As it was already late and this restaurant seemed to be the best option, even when seated inside, we decided to go back there. I asked again if there would be any chance to be seated outside which was again denied. As we sat down inside a lot of people from the garden were leaving. We were not offered to change the tables. Then some italian people entered the restaurant and were asked about a reservation. They did not have one (we clearly understood), but were immediatly seated outdoors in the garden. Food was ok, but we didnt feel welcome at all and just wanted to leave the place. Sad performance!

Excellent dishes especially recommended specials. Friendly service even at one day it was very busy. Nice garden outside.

Very large restaurant in the center of asciano, so much so that we managed to find place for 11 people in the week of August booking only a few days before. the location is very beautiful, surrounded by greenery. the waiters were all very kind, you see the experience and I do my compliments. the dishes are spectacular: I have croston with cream of sheep and crispy bacon was special. also the very good Florentine. we took 3 (1.5 kg/ 1) in 9. the total price was 45€ per head. only note, the covered of 3,50 € is a little high. even a celiac was present in the group. the restaurant has been completely provided to propose a wide range of pizza and pasta even gluten-free.
