We are new to the area, coming from Fort Lauderdale, and now visit Palmdale every weekend. We discovered this hidden gem online and decided to give it a try.
We stumbled upon this restaurant in a historic building while on our way to continue exploring. The salad bar was stocked with fresh ingredients and the attendant was busy collecting them.
