Amazing location, atypical character with rough character, fresh local food and many connoisseurs; short, special!
Local products: oysters, bulots, the fish of the marinated captain (carpaccio) with condiments,pomme de terre de Ré...and dessert house. All served on the edge of the Claires de la presqu'ile d'Arvert (17). The master handles both humor and delicate cuisine full of flavours. Annie
