I was appalled by the customer service on 2/28/2024. I asked a server there a question, and her response was very forceful with a rude demeanor. They need to work on their customer service, slow down, listen to the customer, and respond with courtesy. Very disappointed with Panda Express, Arroyo Grande which didn't make my dinner enjoyable.
They don't have all the food ready, service is really slow.The workers need supervision when it comes to customer service and speed.
Panda staff what is going on with the food? My son loves the chow mein and fried rice most of the time when it has flavor and it's fresh. We got and order each of both items and to say the least it was so dry and flavorless that we just ended up tossing it away because honestly it had no moisture or flavor. And to think I paid $20+ for a complete disappointment. @pandaexpress it's never consistent with the staff providing the food, one day you go everything is fresh and delicious, other times it taste like cardboard and dry. Next time I will not be ordering online just to go in and make sure the food is fresh and also the process of getting people in and out quickly is very sad. I get it that things sale out fast but honestly be prepared for your rush times and I'm sure you guys no when that is, mostly during lunch and dinner time. Like I say it's not always consistent and I for one will not be going back any time soon after tonight's experience. Step You're Game Up Staff.
Ordered uber eats from them and they didn't include 70% of my order. Shorted me a whole 17$ 3 item plate. Only gave me a medium chow mein as well when I paid for a large.
