Cafe Mondo - Arrowtown

So if you are lucky enough to take a drive to Arrow town whilst visiting New Zealand , for the love of all that is good and true, go and bask in the glory of The Fork And Tap. If you want to feel transported to a old school British pub with friendly staff, good food and banging menu options, this is the place. I’ll be back. I’ll be back. Fun! A locals hangout with tons of energy. Visitors also made to feel welcome. Came here 3 times. Lamb shank delicious. (And I normally don't like lamb! Pizza was good. If you like thin crust, this is your pizza. I fell in love with a mushroom hot sauce that the owner's partner is in the process of marketing. Not for sale yet, but when it goes on sale, buy some! Getting seated is a little confusing. There is no hostess but menus available at the entrance. Go to the bar and they will direct you to available seating. No waitresses per se, just place your order at the bar.

Handsome, charming, and generous pub. A diverse selection of beers along with hand pulled cask ale served at room temp without carbonation. Bar staff were very helpful in discussing beer selections. Fish and Chips were a whopper in size.

A great place for lunch or dinner while visiting Arrowtown. Loved the pub atmosphere. Service was fast and very friendly. You order and pay at the bar, but the food is brought to your table. We ordered the pumpkin soup, haloumi salad, tap burger, and 3 hour roast. Everything was delicious!

Conviviality and helpful friendly staff. Food very good but a little limited in range. Good range of craft beers. Recommended
