Corte Bariani - Arqua polesine

We stayed at Corte Bariani on 19/11, on the occasion of the traditional social lunch of our association. Approximately a seventy-year meal, a menu agreed more than a month earlier, with a rich buffet of appetizers and appetizers, following three courses served at the table. The buffet of appetizers did not even include half of what was promised; the most precious foods (baccalà mantecato, prosciutto di Parma 24 months cut to the knife, etc..) were sautéed evenly, as well as the vol-au-vent, much of the fried, the aperitif alcohol / alcohol and much more than originally agreed. The seasonal vegetables presented, were three (3! spices of potatoes served with roast. The selection of grappas and liqueurs was liquidated with two bottles of Cape bitter, served quickly and fury while the diners were already leaving the room. At the time of welding the account, the owner noted the long series of defaults, which unfortunately did not follow any repentance, nor attempt repair. Nothing to excel on the quality of the food served at the table, which is in general good quality, neither on the commitment of the staff of the room and not on the location, really suggestive. But this risks not enough, indeed to be vanquished, being the correctness, the respect of the customer, and the willingness to put on us always, indispensable elements of those who want to make catering their mission. I exclude the conditions for a return. Too bad.

Expectations were higher than reality. We were disappointed. The environment is very nice, but the kitchen is to improve.

Celebrations for pension of my sister, fish menu, all great, both food and service, sweet an exceptional stuff a thousand leaves to the berries with a cream that remains imprinted in the mind....in the complex you can not say that it is not a place that deserves an excellent judgement!

I had heard about it well but also no and some reviews left me puzzled We have been and admit that my points of question have disappeared. First of all beautiful place that inspires cleanliness and tranquility; no mosquitoes and no tools to fight mosquitoes around..... of these times is not little. Even the pool, which is not usable, I would have left it a little further away, I understand that it also takes choreography but it does not affect me particularly. Good and fast service but, above all, excellent dishes: in my opinion there is little of the local tradition, fortunately, dishes different from the usual, well presented and quality material. Very good the wine proposed. The cost of the dinner remains: around this restaurant you can eat more and spend less, but when I want to eat well without overflowing, I will come back here, and also soon, because what counts at the end is the value for money and I am well what I found.

I've been with the family for a nice dinner. Excellent cuisine, eaten divinely. Good compliments to all we definitely see each other.
