Kursaal Arosa

I reserved a table for 18 people one month in advance (both by phone and by mail, also getting an email confirmation of my reservation), but when we got to the restaurant our table was given away to another big group of people. We were really upset and asked them to find a solution (call another restaurant in Arosa to find a table for 18, not easy without reservation) but we were treated in a very unrespectul way by the waitress with curly dark hair. She invited us to leave or she would call the police. Reading other reviews we realized that it is not the first time that a big group reserve a table and the reservation is ignored: do not go there, te reservation process is simply unacceptable and I have never been treated so badely in my life

We were a big group of over 20 persons and were divided into three groups per table. The Raclette oven is for two people and the included side dishes were nice (pickled, onions, cucumbers, potatoes.. . This is qll you need. I could also recommend this place for couples who love to share a tasty, traditional raclette.

Die Raclette Stube im Kursaal ist ein wirklich süss eingerichtetes, kleines Restaurant mit einem tollen Ambiente. Wir hatten einen gemütlichen Abend und wurden von einem sehr zuvorkommendem Personal bedient. Für mich der perfekte Ausklang nach einem Tag im Schnee! Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend in der Raclette Stube. Das Essen und der Wein waren hervorragend, auch vom freundlichen Personal waren wir begeistert. Wir besuchen die Raclette Stube bestimmt wieder einmal, und können diese nur weiter empfehlen.

Dampfbar mit bester Aussicht auf Arosa. Sehr nette Bedienung. Schön eingerichtetetes Hotel. Gerne wieder!
