L'hermine - Aron

Many of us were deploring the closure on RN 12 of the Relais des Bruyères, which provided the road users with an excellent possibility of rapid restoration at moderate prices. This Routier reopened its doors in July 2018 under the name of the Hermine ( Brittany is very close). For 12,90 € you can enjoy a full meal (entrances, dish, dessert and drink at the choice included). The generous buffet of the Variety Entries is also available. This self-service buffet saves time and a look, the choice is right away. 5 or 6 hot dishes with various vegetables are available (the beef's wine sauce and the dauphinois gratin were perfect). A choice of good non-industrial desserts completes the pleasure of the table. (Tiramisu-spéculos et ile flotante excellents). Chef Gérard Quéguineur knows his job and his wife, assisted by two efficient waitresses make a good and pleasant team. We can only wish a full success to this rebirth of a Road that was appreciated.

We stopped by chance and we will be back!! 16,50€ : Flat entrance dessert 1/4 wine (or other) and coffee !! There is a choice, it’s hearty, and very good! The welcome is excellent, so don’t hesitate!

Restaurant on the edge of the RN 12 which at first does not pay a mine. But I invite you to enter it because the welcome is very nice, the products are of good quality and there are many entries, 3 dishes to choose, many desserts, including wine. A good address for a typical restaurant.

Perfect restaurant. Excellent cuisine, simple, family, traditional, as you like, in a friendly setting. The boss is in little care. Followed and friendly service. I highly recommend if you go around.
