フィードバックを提供するThey were out of nearly all the ingredients needed for most of the meals. I also paid for extra bacon but didn’t receive it. They didn't offer any compromises due to the food shortage.
They managed to get every single detail of my coffee order wrong. Honestly, I found it a bit impressive.
This is the first time I'm reviewing a fast food restaurant—though I should call it slow food instead. I waited for 20 minutes in the drive-thru with four cars ahead of me, and they still got my order wrong. If this had been a one-time issue, I might have let it slide, but unfortunately, it's been the same situation 9 out of the last 10 times I've visited. If this place weren't on my way to work, I wouldn't stop here at all. It's by far the slowest service I've experienced at any fast food restaurant.
The service here is always great but come on, all day breakfast means all day breakfast and regularly being out of eggs (take no time to cook) is really frustrating. So is being out of buns for sandwiches. Like seriously, nobody in house even has to make the buns. They just go in the toaster.Edited because it just happened again, store is dead literally just me in drive through and nobody in the lobby. No eggs or sausage ? must be too busy to keep all day breakfast going.To the owner: already went through that channel, said they'd inform you as well.
Too bad they don't add napkins for a chocolate chip
