Mcdonald's - Arnprior

If i could give these guys a 0 stars i would. Stopped here for a quick bite, ordered through the app to make it quicker while we only had a couple extra minutes to stop and get something. They messed up our entire order and asked us to park and wait for our new food. That’s fine. But 25 minutes later and there is still no food? This is extremely frustrating as now we are extremely late for our event we had.

If you're looking to wait 5 years for your food then this is the place! Clueless staff. Would not recommend.

I just drove from Halifax to Arnprior. And all the McDonald's on the way had renovated. Just wondering when you will be renovating your restaurant?

Stopped for some coffee in the morning while driving through the area. This place is absolutely filthy. Washrooms are disgusting, the restaurant area is full of garbage, and there are flies everywhere. Disappointing, this place needs a thorough cleaning. It looks like it has not been done for quite some time. It should not be allowed to operate as is.

Short staffed, garbage piled everywhere, milkshake machine was leaking ll over the counter and floor, bathrooms were not clean. Service for a tea and a smoothie took over 10 minutes, and tea wasn't correct. Manager changed tills in the middle of lineup, and made no comments about the mess or service.
