Imo's Pizza - Arnold

I ordered a pizza and arrived early to pick it up, but when I got it, it was cold! I don't understand what went wrong—there didn't seem to be any rush, as five staff members were just sitting around and chatting.

It took three tries to get my pizza order correct. I had to take it to go since my daughters finished their meal by noon, which was unexpected. However, when I got home and finally tasted it, it was quite good.

I visited this restaurant twice this week for takeout. Both orders were ready on time, and the pizzas were excellent. I haven't had the delivery service yet, but the staff at the restaurant were very friendly. I'm not sure why there’s so much negativity surrounding this place. I used to be a delivery driver, and I had issues when someone’s pet damaged my vehicle because the owner wasn't careful. In situations like that, the person responsible should cover any damages. It's important to keep pets on a leash!
