Dunkin' - Arlington Heights

I walked in and was not greeted at all. I waited over five minutes for someone to assist me, and when they finally acknowledged my presence, they rudely asked what I wanted. To make matters worse, I saw a spider in the waffle cone display. Additionally, whenever I go through the drive-thru around 8 AM, there’s always a very rude woman at the window. She speaks in a harsh tone and often snaps back when I ask questions. When I inquired about a promotion, she simply replied, “We don’t do that.” Overall, I have never had a good experience at this Dunkin’.

The coffee wasn't made as we requested, so we had to go back in to get a different type. Additionally, the staff just seemed to stare instead of offering assistance.

Not all Dunkin's are the same. And this one is one of that best. Great service always a good selection of donuts and the bright friendly service is always a pleasure

I get coffee from here almost everyday with online ordering and the staff is always so kind and super quick. Keep up the great work!
