フィードバックを提供するI ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 orders of fries at the drive-thru. It took 10 minutes to receive my order. I had to pull forward and wait for my food. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect, and the chicken on the chicken sandwich was cold, hard, and chewy. It tasted as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. This is the worst Whataburger location I have visited. This isn't the first time I've had issues here. Despite its proximity to my home, I will not be returning to this location.
Consistently excellent! The wait at the drive-thru may be a bit long, but it's definitely worth it. The food tastes homemade and is prepared just for you. The staff is always polite and helpful when taking your order.
I want to give a shoutout to Tiffany and Anya for making me laugh while I placed a food order for the office. Their customer service was top-notch, and the onion rings were fresh and delicious.
Food was great! Customer service and employees were very awesome to me and my family. Highly recommend this place!
I ordered online through the mobile app. I waited in line for about 5 minutes and decided I should go inside. I go inside and the girls have my burger ready and then tell me they don't have any fresh fries or onion rings so I'm going to drop you some... okay I'll wait for them...the girl getting my sweet tea says do you want ice ? A little bit please.. she says she's going to the other side to get me a fresh cup of sweet tea..so lets RECAP: They give me French fries and fresh onion rings with a smile and didn't give me any attitude. They got me a fresh cup of tea with little ice and NO attitude...That's what I call service!! It is the first and only time I've had that kind of service at Whataburger thank you so much girls y'all did an awesome job!!
