The Draft Grill - Arlington

Decided to stay at Holiday Inn to have the convenience of being close to a bar. Cassondra gave great customer service and made my dirty martini perfect! Highly recommend this place!

Everything about this place was good! The food was good, the service was good and I am looking forward to coming back ?

The worst. Stayed at the hotel because it was an option from Delta and picked this hotel because it had better reviews than others. When we checked in, the front desk lady said they had a connection with a taxi man named, Ralph, who could get us to the airport the next day using our rideshare voucher. We thought, sure why not? It’s free for us anyway. Firstly, Ralph picks us up with a rickity van that needs maintenance and smells like cigarettes. He has a headset on and is talking on the phone the whole ride to the airport and we couldn’t ask him anything. We get to the airport and he says he can’t take what Delta gave us. I called the hotel and the guy in customer service starts yelling at me asking me what he should do? He’s like, just pay and get the airlines to reimburse you. When THEY guaranteed this Ralph’s guy would take our voucher. The worst hotel experience and it’s so dirty.

Restaurant attached to Holiday Inn. Only ate bfast there (part of room package) so cant comment on cost. Bfast is heated buffet food (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, etc).

The Bar Tender JT is awesome. Food was good, and my beautiful wife and I had a great time.
