Terrible service but the açaí bowl was okay. It took 20 minutes for my order when there workers just hanging around. Two girls ordered much after me and they got their order first. There was also no apology whatsoever. Will not come back.

This is an awesome establishment! The staff is pleasant, hardworking and the products are of great quality. My favorite things to purchase would be the fresh fruit juice they create.

I probably wouldn't go back. I didn't tip them for my to-go orders as I didn't feel go above and beyond by any cashier or maker, then my order was far pushed back than whoever ordered after me. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but I don't think that's a mistake.Didn't say anything or apologize for messing up the order.If I had felt I got decent service, I would have tipped. Don't be hostile to people even if they do not leave extra bucks for you. There isn't anything for free in the world.

Pretty unsatisfactory experience. They have cleanliness and food safety handling issues.We ordered on a weekend afternoon and watched the staff, who spent most of their time laughing and talking to each other instead of completing orders, drop an order on the ground.The staff, in between fits of laughter, were cleaning the floors with their gloved hands (same hands used to prepare orders) and handling trash. They were picking items up off the ground by their feet for a few minutes and then went straight back to working on food orders. They didn’t change gloves or even wash their hands. Even worse, the employee kept touching her face with the same gloves she was picking trash off the floor with.

Well I’ve been getting smoothies and Açaí bowls there for a few years now. Can’t really be beat. They are fresh and delicious and healthy to top it off. The crew at the Ballston shop are fun and energetic. I usually order online and go pick it up and it’s sitting in the chiller ready to go. A little taste of Rio !!
