Church's Chicken - Arlington

I recently visited this restaurant and received incredible service and delicious food from two lovely individuals working at the front, Isabella and Rendell!! Highly recommended. Everything was extremely fresh, and I especially enjoyed the new honey glazed butter biscuits!! I will definitely be returning more often. Thank you Isabella and Rendell!!!

I am frustrated that the restaurant charged my card twice for my meal. The chicken was extremely tough and almost broke my tooth. The taste was terrible and when I tried to call the number to speak to someone, it was disconnected. Additionally, the workers had unkempt hair that fell into the food, did not wear gloves, and rubbed their eyes and nose. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would like a refund.

The guy could barely form a complete sentence and have the nerve to be rude . He was upset because he had to work the day before Thanksgiving and refused service to many guest we had large orders .

Oh my goodness, this restaurant is so expensive! The chicken sandwich I ordered was old and the bun was burnt, and the fries were cold. I paid $22 for this terrible food. I would give it zero stars if I could. Food: 1/5
