Chick-fil-a - Arlington

This food is horrible for the third time !!! Biscuit dry as hell chicken taste like old grease and greasy! I’ve never had bad food from chic fil an until this location ! They need training on the cooks ! Not acceptable!!! Manager seemed kind of I don’t car ish when I called to complain

I have been patronizing Chick-fil-A Crystal City for over 3 years. It is my favorite Chick-fil-A location due to the excellent staff who always goes above and beyond. Every member works very hard to keep customers like me happy. Ulda Evelin keep the restaurant spotless, and it has been a pleasure to get to know Brenda, Latrell Ronald. I always look forward to my visits for excellent food and service.

Great Chick-fil-a location. Great food, very kind employees, short weight times, and the restaurant is always clean. Whenever I have conversed with an employee they have been hospitable, patient and polite. The restaurant is usually packed but the team stays on top of everything.My only things to note about Chick-fil-a in general are that is the chicken wrap is not as filled as I think it should be. There is mainly tortilla for the last 1/4 of it. I also wish Chick-fil-a had more healthier side options. I like the entrees but that mixed with a heavy side is too much. It would be nice to have a sandwich and something light to go with it. Chick-fil-as dressings are usually too sugary for me. and the Yogurt also feels like the main ingredient is sugar. Meals there always put me to sleep.Overall though Chick-fil-a has great chicken dishes and friendly service. Definitely my favorite of all fast food brands.
