Burger King - Arlington

I typically don't write reviews, but I had a really bad experience at this restaurant. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She claimed she didn't have my order, even though I showed her proof that it was placed. She refused to look into it and instead told me to drive to the front. When she finally brought out my order, she flipped me off. The food was cold and unappetizing. This manager is definitely not fit for her role. I will not be returning to this location. The Asian man who took my order at this restaurant rushed me and did not listen when I said it was for here. He placed my food in a bag as if it was to-go, with my fries thrown in upside down. I requested napkins, salt, and onion rings but none were provided. There was also no ketchup in the bag, which I believe should be offered without having to ask. The service was lacking and it was uncomfortably warm inside the restaurant. Overall, I will not be returning to this establishment. The meal type was lunch with a price range of $1-10 per person. I would rate the food a 3, service a 1, and atmosphere a 2. I would recommend trying the onion rings.

Typical foreign owned business. They do not use the app so loyal bk members cannot get discounts.went months ago they pretended it was an issue and would be fixed. Still not on there. I accidentally ordered to a different location they wouldn't honor the online discount. Will never eat here. They can go bankrupt. Choose American owned businesses if your going to eat. This is my third visit to this Burger King to pick up an online order, only to discover that they are closed before their scheduled closing time. On top of that, I was met with hostility by the Asian man at the window. The reason given tonight was that they were out of Coke.

8/29/23 ordered food on my Burger King App and went to pick it up. Store closes at 12am and I arrived at 10:30pm and store was closed. I still got charged for my food but got no service or food. Service: Take out Service: 1
