Peppes Pizza - Arendal

The pizza is delicious, you get what you ask for, there is always a pizza for you Italian, gluten free, mini pizza, Pai, L.A Burger. However one piece is missing from the rooster pizza slice, sometimes I don 't need a full on box (even the small one is too big) so a slice of pizza would be nice (probably profitable aswell). The service is admirable If they mess up (which happens) you 'll always get something in return for their mistake, whether it is a coupon or a ready on the go pizza that 's not specific to your needs. The service is refreshing, in the fact that they own up to their mistakes. As all should be. The app however, is NOT something to write home about. The design on the app is fresh, vibrant and somewhat clear, some of the buttons and labels are intuitive easy to understand. Given the design, the app 's functions are literally un usable. Which is very crucial to ordering a pizza. I often have trouble navigating through each page (I 'm pretty decent with technology myself), so my intuition via the labels tells me that pressing back, will only bring you back to the last page No. By returning to the last page will not only reset you BACK, but take you to the DEFAULT deliver or takeout menu (which you have to navigate back somehow). Which is HIGHLY irritating. Some of the buttons to carry me to my checkout will sometimes send me to select a pizza which was not desired. Overall the app is generally unusable, unstable, buggy, unintuitive, and outright garbage. Will not recommend. It 's a lot safer to call inn to the central hub, and order your specific pizza there instead. The bonus here is you can be more creative with your choice, considering you have an operative to customize it to your liking. It 's just plain simple human connection. However sometimes they mess up, I don 't know if the operatives have gravel in their ears, because some times my orders are messed up or were mistakenly set to delivery instead of takeout. Which on a 'hangry ' day is not something that is very joyful. The placement is quite concealed for newcomers and general exposure. I had a difficult time finding the place, because I was fixated on it being more out in the open. That is probably a more personal reason, but still I 'm probably not alone in that regard. This probably means that exposure and popularity in particular isn 't the most grandeur. The good thing with its placement is it 's located right beside the train station which usually means more customers, but not everyone is enticed and intrigued by the price tag, and the size of the small pizza. In conclusion, I will give it a 4 star, taking into consideration that the service and the pizza comes with a pretty high standard. However that could not be said for the technology and the exposure (specifically here in Arendal).

Var å hentet pizza i Arendal 25.7 kl 1930. De ansatte gjorde seg til overfor hverandre og gjorde om stemmen sin til hverandre. Ble oppfattet som useriøse og uprofesjonelt, helt innafor å ha det gøy på jobb men ikke overfor kunder. Kommer ikke tilbake.

Veldig smakfull pizza, sprø og god bunn ,hyggelig og blid servitør, kunne vært litt flere utebord å sitte på, anbefaler pizzakjøp her.

Maybe the pizza tastes good, we don't know. After two hours it still hadn't been delivered and by then the hunger was too great to wait any longer as they would only start making it then...

Ordered pizza and paid but was closed and waited to no avail. Fraud.
