Great selection on tap and the bartenders were very attentive. I really liked my chicken pesto pizza and the crispy mushrooms.
We had actually intended on going to the Acropolis, but they didn't have indoor seating due to a staff shortage. Thankfully they let us know that the bar next door use the same kitchen. The bar was a bit dark as we're not used to dining at bars but it was quite enjoyable.
I have to start this review by saying that I don't drink and was only here to meet up with Asheville friends that I haven't seen in 2 years. I love Ice Bars sister restaurant Acropolis and somehow expected the same great service and food. This pla e was painfully loud (duh, it's a bar), there was a man and woman in a loud and very angry fight during the first 30 minutes of our visit was no staff intervention, service was minimal and she had a bit of an attitude (probably because 1/2 of our group wasn't drinking), and the food was sub-par compared to Acropolis. My husband's wrap was soggy, bland, and inedible. The bruschetta I ordered was just some onions and tomatoes sparingly thrown on some semi-toasted bread. The hummus and pita was good, but tasted like it was commercially prepared. However, this visit was about friends and not the food or service, so I didn't leave disappointed.
After a near 2 year period of not having visited this place it didn't disappoint. Had a blast. Food was great. Drinks were awesome. All in all I recommend this place.
