The Club At The Highlands - ARCHBALD

I go to Highlands quite often on Friday and Saturday nights to hear bands and dance. Food is very good. Service is awful! They never have enough staff. Sometimes you don’t even get waited on!! Takes a long time for food to get to your table. It’s a shame because it is such a nice place!

Overall a pleasant experience, the food was cooked correctly, the staff were friendly, prices weren't unreasonable but could have been a little better and the food was even prepared nice ?.

Poor management no one knows what tables there suppose to wait on.Waited 2hrs just to get a drink.Food is average sometimes good other times undercooked

Went to the Highlands for the first time. Food was okay, nothing special. The waitress was very slow and rarely came back to our table to check how we were doing. (We we’re only one of two tables at the time so they were not busy. . The worst was the bartender through a fit and was screaming very vulgar profanities. Here we were a table of retired women who did not appreciate the loud, clear language nor the yelling. Will not go back again.
