Wendy's - Arcadia

I gave this place a 2 because, while it had a nice atmosphere and is very clean, it does not appear food safety is a high priority. We watched an associate walk outside to a waiting car to do a delivery. He then opened the door to the restaurant walked inside, lift his hat, SCRATCHED HIS HEAD, inside the restaurant, put his hat back on and proceeded to rejoin the food prep line. I felt like I wanted to puke. Needless to say, this is our first and last stop here Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

When I order food from a place like Wendy's I shouldn't feel like Im bothering the workers, customer service is horrible. They wouldnt even look at us, barely spoke to us and I didnt even get what I ordered. Overall bad experience. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

By far the slowest and understaffed of all time! Managers definitely not doing their jobs at all. Hire someone with experience and pay better and you won’t have this problem. 1 hr in line for a sandwich and fries. Pathetic. Will not be back ever! I thought baconator fries had crumbled bacon, not full slices. the restaurant took FOREVER TO PREPARE MY MEAL! Definitely dont order late at night! its not worth the cold old food
