Ewie why does my panini look like... as my brother would say, what the balls? it was soggy, nasty and weird

In front of a large Tops. This may be a newer TH since it wasn't in yelp yet, I don't know. I stopped here because I wanted a coffee. I got a breakfast sandwich too, probably wouldn't repeat that. Easy parking, inside and outside seating. Busy drive through.

I was here last week and ordered a chicken salad sandwich at the drive through and was given tuna salad. Today, I went through the drive through again and ordered BLT, no mayonnaise. The man even repeated no mayonnaise back to me. It had mayonnaise on it.

I'm okay with this store, its okay regarding customer service it wasnt outstanding. Though the ice coffee tastes a bit like cleaner so maybe they need to rinse their stuff more after they clean it. I went through drivethrough considering how busy I got through pretty fast. There was this one guy i cant think of his name on his name tag but he was kind of creepy and was staring at me. He was on the older side. They also got my food wrong i asked for the turkey bacon club with no tomato but i got tomato on it. It wasnt a big deal though because i could pick it off.

First review I've ever left on anything. This Tim Hortons stinks. They told my wife to get a covid test because they said she couldn't taste the chocolate in her coffee. I tried it too, no chocolate even though they said they put double in. Very rude and sassy, worst customer service ever. At this location the customer is simply never right. Go elsewhere. The McDonald's right down the street is excellent.
