Lots of people seem to like this restaurant. I am not one of them. It is easy to find and has got a large parking area. When you walk in you get the impression of a bit worn down school luncheon. There is no easy way to understand which way you should go when you enter the place. When we found the right place and asked about the food they wete very busy working. But paid little or no attention to us. My wife wanted something from the bistro and I something from the restaurant. After a while (I find this very strange) we discovered that the bistro was the finest part of the place. That is the place were my wife should sit. I who bought restaurant food should sit at another place which was very noisy and away from my wife.!!!! The food was badly displayed. It tasted like bad school-food. Coffee was bad to. Sauces were heated for a looong time. Vegetables were scarce and overcooked. Toilet smelled of old urin. This is a place for people that see food as nutrition and not as pleasure. Grab a burger on Max or Burger King instead.

Fresh restaurant with a new add-on Deli and Bistro. Wide choice of food, home made pastries and cakes, sandwiches for Take Away. Staff could be more alert. Otherwise a good place to have a dinner. Not a usual road restaurant.
We stopped for an early dinner one very hot day recently. There 's seating for a few busloads indoors and even more seats out by the car park. But only 3 members of staff in evidence. Big boxes waiting to be unpacked, dead flowers in a vase of brown water on the counter. All the food displays half empty.. . The food on display looked lovely, however. My partner 's schnitzel was fine, nicely done and handed over with a smile. But my prawn salad consisted mostly of iceberg salad plus 4 rocket leaves. 8 ready pitted olives from a jar. A good helping of ok prawns and a portion of uninspired Rhode Island dressing which tasted like any other Rhodes Island bought in a bottle on the side. The home baked bread they promised wasn 't available. Sorry it 's been the weekend and the staff haven 't had time to bake. And the glass of wine they were promoting turned out to be miniature bottles. Which were still unpacked in those big boxes on the floor. Since it was about 27 degrees I didn 't fancy white wine at room temperature. The girl who showed me the bottle shrugged and made no move to put bottles in the cooler/fridge even then! As we left, a huge bus arrived. Those customers probably left shaking their heads an hour or so later. The menu and set-up were fine. But uninspired food and tired, incompetent or uninterested staff will never make the place popular.
