This Is It - Arambol

The worst staff and hospitality I’ve ever experienced. The ACs don’t work. Water doesn’t come. I suggest sleeping on the beach over this trash. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I would not recommend visiting or staying at this restaurant. The staff seemed to be arguing amongst themselves and the overall experience did not meet the expected standard. The only positive aspect was the excellent service provided by the waiter named MAX. Other than that, I did not find anything worth recommending.

The restaurant was decent. While they have limited options and some dishes on the menu were not available, the food was delicious.

The waiters in this restaurant have no manners to talk to their guests, and they are only available for russian female guests. if you are indian they won`t listen to your order.

It is quite unfortunate that the service here has been so poor. I have been here quite a few times in the past month. This Is It is is conveniently located to where I 'm staying and the live music is great. Unfortunately the service has been consistently TERRIBLE every single time I have visited. We waited over 20 minutes for chai today, and they brought out the wrong food when it FINALLY came. On top of this, the milkshake I ordered for my daughter was **** warm after asking the sever to make it cold and add ice more than once. I understand that English is not their first language, this is why I repeat things like cold and ice several times. I will not be coming here again...at least not for food. This was the last chance. There are too many places near by that offer MUCH better service.
