フィードバックを提供するTo make matters worse, a woman named Gracia, who claimed to be the owner, confronted my wife at our table in front of other customers. Gracia said that the chef couldn’t handle such a specific request. We were shocked to learn that ordering eggs cooked to a certain level could test the limits of a supposedly reputable breakfast spot. When we requested that the eggs be removed from our bill, Gracia became extremely aggressive, shouting and threatening to call the police, accusing us of trying to steal from her. My wife felt so threatened that she reported Gracia's behavior to the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office. Ironically, it seems our experience isn’t unique, and complaints about the service at the Red Apple Cafe and from Gracia are common. There are plenty of other dining options in the area, and I would recommend avoiding Gracia and the Red Apple Cafe entirely.
