フィードバックを提供するI forgot to unlock my card so it declined. I told her let me check my account so she grabbed the food from the counter and put it back in to the box were they have their pick up orders. Like if I was going to run with the food..
Would not order again. Horrible customer service . Messed up our order and told us it was our fault. Then when went to get correct item they still wanted us to pay. Also order the sesame chicken and gave us the general tso chicken and they were both the same except seseam chicken just had sesame seeds sprinkled on. They both did not taste like general tso flavoring what so ever either. Crab ragoons were horrible barely any filling. Will not return. Will just go to Hong Kong buffet in neenah from now on.
To be fair, we did not eat here. We tried, but they would not allow dine in at the time, and they were kind of rude anyway, so we went somewhere else.
I order from here about once a month. I never have any issues. They’re priced very well.
We have always ordered takeout from this place over the last 5 years UNTIL last year when after we ordered our favorite sweet and sour chicken for brunch, the next 24 hours was a nightmare. The dish was contaminated. Me and my son split the order and we had diarrhea all evening and all night. My husband and other child did not eat it. And this was the only thing we ate before the diarrhea. We ate it for brunch and could not have dinner anymore with our upset stomach. We contacted the place three Times and each time they told us they were busy at that moment so we had to call Back and back. They did not even have the initiative to call us back and acted as if nothing happened. Sadly, in as much as we want to support local, we will not order from here anymore.
