Hawaii Poke Bowl - Apple Valley

NOTE: they were not wearing masks, but I do and am vaccinated and so I wasn't alarmed, but just a PSA. I rated five stars due to the service and food. I did the option of creating my own bowl. Their variety of ingredients is great. I had 2 scoops of eel and 1 of crab on quinoa with mango, lemon ginger sauce, edamame, pineapple, crab salad, pickled ginger, cucumbers, cilantro, and possibly more (I cannot remember). It was more than two meals for me and well worth the price. It's a wonderful spot to stop at and great location with the shops all around.

I ordered food to be delivered through Door Dash a custom bowl with extra spicy salmon and eel added. They forgot all of the fish so I paid $23 for a bowl of rice and some veggies. I left a note in Door Dash hoping they would make things right, but they did nothing. Definitely won?t be ordering from here again.

The two people working this afternoon (9/3) when I stopped on my way to work were doing an amazing job. The line was almost out the door and they managed to get everyone through quickly. Really great customer service. The Poke bowl was fresh and delicious.

I?ve been here a numerous amount of times since I moved to Minnesota. I?m going to be honest, the food is delicious. The place is clean and nice. However, the portions have gone down as the prices have gone up. I mean prices everywhere have gone up, but every time I go the amount of food I get decreases. A HUGE red flag is this place has no sort of empathy for customers. Just like if there?s a missing item in your bowl, they DO NOT try to give you a discount or any sort of help. But, I once ordered a bowl online and unfortunately my car broke down as I headed to pick up my order, I called to cancel and get a refund. But they couldn?t refund my money so I asked okay, can I get this food another day when my car is fixed since you?re keeping my money? They said no. No sort of help was offered. Just a heads up!

Only bad is we got there at 8:30 and a woman said they close the Lobby at 8:45. Felt rushed while scarfing our food. Was kinda weird. Daughter had to finish hers in the car. Otherwise it was delicious.
