Rita's - Apopka

Great Italian ice cream. They use Custard in their Gelati instead of only soft servings that taste much better. Appropriate prices too.

Situated right across the street from Dream Lake Elementary School and just a short stroll from the Apopka Post Office, it’s a convenient spot for locals. This franchise is quite popular among school children, especially at dismissal time. The shop features an outdoor seating area with eight round tables, some of which are shaded by umbrellas, making it a great place to soak up the Florida sunshine. Rita offers affordable prices that make it accessible for everyone.

Better and better than Jeremiah's, and definitely worth the price. Your ice cream retains its flavor and never has a watery taste! It's my favorite dessert spot to visit!

I absolutely adore the upstairs kiss! The Swedish fish flavor is definitely the best they offer! I went with the swirl because I couldn’t decide between chocolate and vanilla, but either option would be fantastic! I highly recommend it to anyone who loves ice cream and has a sweet tooth! I’ll definitely be returning!
