フィードバックを提供するTo be honest, the staff seems friendly, but there is a lack of teamwork in this restaurant. While the management was chatting in the back, customers kept piling up at the front. There was no one dedicated to frying, which made order completion take longer. They had one hardworking girl handling the front register, expo for both the front and drive-through, and partially assisting with the fry station. Meanwhile, the manager was just walking around with no sense of urgency or prioritization. Overall, the pace was unacceptably slow.
Terrible customer service. I waited over 15 minutes for my food in the drive-thru. When I finally got my order, my spicy chicken sandwich was a mess—the sauce had spilled all over the bags and even onto the napkins. The management was rude and didn't apologize for the delay. The fries were also scattered all over the bag.
If you're searching for a restaurant that offers mediocre food and a long wait time, you've found the right spot! The service is consistently poor, and the quality of the food matches it. I'd rather drink toilet water than eat here again.
THESE NIGHT EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE FIRED. THEY ONLY TAKE THE ORDER AT THE WINDOW SO EVERY ORDER HAS TO BE COOKED. THE DRIVE THROUGH MIC WORKS. THEY TELL YOU TO GO TO THE WINDOW AND ORDER. FIRE ALL OF THEM. WE'VE BEEN IN LINE FOR OVER AN HOUR.
The only one who seems to be happy was the man who took my order and payment I took home all four of the sausage cookies were hard like a rock so that all my family was eating was the sausage the 4th time that this happened hashbrowns were not hot. I was not very comfortable today for me to do with so much! to christmas eve it was 725 ish I was in the drive through I sure hope they up there untilcuits soon
