Arandas Mexican Cuisine - Apex

My favorite Mexican restaurant! When I come back from SC to Apex, I always plan a dinner at Arandas! Great food, great drinks and great people!!!!

Just had the best dinner! Great service friendly and efficient! Table side guacamole was wonderful and you can tailor it to your taste. Margarita specials made it easy to order two. My husband had the pork carnitas en salsa verde tender pork chunks in a spicy green tomatillo sauce delish! I had the molecajeto (hope I spelled it right) and let me tell you I would have this every time! The sauce had just the right spicy kick and came in a hot bowl with grilled shrimp, chicken, steak, onions, jalapeño peppers and grilled pineapple. The side of rice and beans accompanies just about every meal and ours came with tortillas. I took half of mine home.

Just tried this place and it's delicious!! The Molcajete blew me away! Yummy!
