Had breakfast for the second time here and always had great food and awesome service. Place is clean to. Would come back for sure.
Clean, quiet (weekend breakfast), and appropriately priced.
Moved to the area recently and this is a regular restaurant for us. We love the great service and attention. Always very clean including the restrooms. My grandkids beg to come there and the manager usually gives them a cookie. We love the skillet meals and my husband gets the potroast or turkey dinner. They change up the muffins and I recently had the poppy seed and the pineapple both were great. We will be back next week.
A big plus for this restaurant is that it serves breakfast 24/7. I'm a vegetarian, and when on the road, breakfast is always my best bet for something more filling than a salad. I ate here fairly late at night about 10 pm), and ordered the all-you-can-eat pancakes and a side order of scrambled eggs. The pancakes were very reasonably priced $5.99 for infinite pancakes), but mostly tasteless. Whole wheat, buttermilk, or blueberry options would have been appreciated. The scrambled eggs on the other hand were perfect. Cooked just long enough, and no salt or pepper needed. Service was a mixed bag. My waitress took a long time to bring out the initial plate of pancakes, but after that was reasonably attentive. She wasn't especially friendly. Not rude, just indifferent. When you're travelling alone, little kindnesses are appreciated, so this was disappointing. If you're staying at the adjoining Comfort Inn, you'll probably end up eating at least one or two meals at this Perkins, and you'll probably be satisfied. There's room for improvement, but the hours are great, the restaurant is bright and clean, and the food offers a decent value for the money.
