Hé Shí や じんすけ - Aomori

Excellent! no English menu, and extremely limited spoken English. they must either speak/read Japanese or have a good translation application to read the menu. we used the translation app and ordered exactly what we wanted. the personal was excellent, despite the language barrier they did everything to help, and I think we all had fun (smiling and laughing not about us, but with us). they even tried to explain to us some of the more uncertain vegetables. sushi was very fresh prawn was still alive when we served (we had to turn the head off reminds her where her food is, can be a light problem if she 're squeamish or it annoyed her I was the latter, felt sad). food quality, presentation and taste were amazing. the interior is bright, fresh, clean and well maintained. we paid approx. ¥9900, a decent amount of food and several drinks. the price is probably somewhat above the average, but the quality of eating, venue and personal was worth it.

9月のシルバーウィークの月曜日、夜8時前に伺いました。カウンター席は空いていましたが、いっぱいでした。 お店は綺麗で高級感もあり、落ち着けます。 カウンター限定の利酒セットがありました。お料理も美味しく、お店の方のも親切で寛げました。

お料理は大変美味しかったです。 しかし、常連のお客様達？がカウンターで大声会話をしており、カウンターの板前さんも一緒になって話していました。マスクなしで。そして誰も注意できず。 とても素敵なお店なのに、品を下げられててとても残念でした。

Wi-Fi利用可能SSIDだけは、店員さんに聞いてくださいパスワードは、3742db709cbbfです。1週間位前から予約しないと入れない大人気店です。時季によっては、それでも予約が取れないほどです。全体的に値段は高めですが、どれを頼んでも旨いほどでリピーター客も多いほどです。予約がない場合は、特に週末は遅い時間でなければ入れず、料理も売り切れているほどです初めて行く場合は、コース料理をオススメします。アルコールも種類は、豊富にあるのでそれもいいです。

Fantastic dishes! The raw fish—sashimi, oysters, and scallops—are excellent and incredibly fresh; I could truly appreciate the delightful bouncy texture with each bite. The dishes weren't served quickly, which allowed us to savor each one at a leisurely pace. The atmosphere is lovely, with comfortable seating and reasonable prices. It seems that speaking or learning Japanese might be beneficial, as both the extensive menu and the seasonal menu are written in Japanese, notably the seasonal menu which is handwritten.
