Cafe mundi is definitiw one of the best coffee bars of antwerpen. we have tried and loved their dark hot chocolate and cappuccino! a good recommendation if they long for a small salty snack, their most often sandwich, mohamara sandwich (vegetarian) or serrano ham sandwich. the blueberry cake we found a bit too dry and light on blueberry tasting. we also tried their “red paprika with coco ginger” suppe and absolutely loved them. all coffees in the cafe mundi are produced by the micro roasting company cross, which is also located in the historical center of antwerpen. kreuz concentrates on 8 different species of special coffee from South America and Africa, all of which have their own unique taste. absolutely recommended!
