Amares - Antofagasta

The food was incredible and the service was exceptional. We visited multiple times during our trip and would definitely recommend it.

I am a vegetarian and still went here because my friend told me that their peruvean paella is good. I asked the chef to make their standard paella only with vegetables. It was creamy with a slight tinge of parmesano. Black pepper and aji tastes were prominent in the rice. The ambience is good. Their mayonese with mint (appetizers) is good.

The drink was incredible, the service was exceptional, and the dining experience was amazing with a reasonable price that reflects the quality. This restaurant in Antofagasta is definitely one of the best I have tried.

Tried the tuca tuca and it was great skip the coconut burned milk dessert, that thing is much too sweet. Friendly staff and more upscale atmosphere. Peruvian pisco was more tasty than the Chilean one to me personally. But this is a drawn out experiment that will last my entire Chile trip!
